Gisele Bundchen splits his week between cardio, yoga and kung fu. She does Kung Fu 3 days a week and yoga/aerobics on the other two days. Anusara yoga is her favorite yoga style, a style that is a little easier and can be practiced even by those who do not yet have a great experience in this area. During her pregnancy Gisele gained only 13 Kg and made exercises even 2 weeks before she gave birth. The secret of her workout is to vary the exercises so that you never get bored.
